Who is behind HRish Solutions?
HRish Solutions is my boutique HR consulting business in Colorado Springs. I'm Allisha McCartney, and I give small businesses people-first HR support that is built around how each business actually works, never pulled off a shelf. I work with businesses across Colorado, including Denver, Pueblo, Fort Collins and Loveland.
Throughout my career, I've worked inside both small, fast-moving businesses and large, complex organizations. In a lot of them, politics, red tape and endless conversations ate up time and money, but real progress was hard to find.
I have over 16 years in HR, and I hold a bachelor's degree in business management, with a concentration in HR management.
I've also worked alongside leadership teams that put people and strategy at the center of their decisions. There, HR wasn't an afterthought or a compliance checkpoint. It was a true partner to operations, and that contrast is what led me to build HRish Solutions.
I built it on the belief that good HR is people-first leadership, with clear expectations and real care. When you work with me, you get your HR department, externalized: HR that fits your business, real HR expertise without the corporate feel, and the right level of support for where you are, whether that's one project from my HR services or ongoing Fractional HR support.
