Privacy Policy

This website is run by HRish Solutions, LLC ("HRish"), my HR consulting practice in Colorado Springs. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean HRish. It explains what the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

Most of what I get is what you choose to send me through a form on this site:

The contact form: your name, email and message, plus your phone number and company if you add them.
A toolkit download: your name and email, and whether you ticked "Send me new HR resources".
The HR Fit Check: your answers stay on your screen. If you ask me to email you your result, I keep your name and email (and your phone number and company if you add them), your answers and the result.
The newsletter sign-up: your email address, from the sign-up box at the bottom of every page or under a blog post.

With each form, the site also saves the date and the page you sent it from.

Two things happen without a form. Google Analytics counts which pages people visit (more under "Cookies" below). And when you send a form, Cloudflare's spam check looks at your browser and your internet (IP) address to make sure you're a person. I don't save your IP address with your form.

How I use it

To reply to you.
To send you the toolkit you asked for, or your HR Fit Check result.
To send you my newsletter, if you sign up for it. You'll get one email right away saying you're on my list, and you can unsubscribe anytime by replying to any of my emails.

If you tick "Send me new HR resources" when you download a toolkit, I'll keep your name and email so I can let you know when I publish a new HR resource, and I'll remove you from that list anytime you ask.

I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for advertising.

Who helps me run this site

A few outside services run parts of this site for me:

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores what you send through the forms.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person and not a spam program. It runs on every form.
Resend delivers the site's emails: the copy of your form that comes to my inbox, and the email you get back from me.
Google Analytics shows me which pages people visit (more under "Cookies" below).
Calendly handles your booking if you book a consultation with me. It's a separate site with its own privacy notice.

Each has its own privacy policy: Cloudflare, Resend, Google and Calendly.

Cookies

I don't use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets a few cookies so I can see which pages people visit. Cloudflare's spam check (Turnstile) runs on the forms. If you'd rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long I keep it

I keep what you send me for as long as I need it to reply to you and to keep my business records. If you'd like it deleted sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask me for a copy of the information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@hrishsolutions.com and I'll take care of it within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners and the people who help them. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent me something, email me and I'll delete it.
