This website is run by HRish Solutions, LLC ("HRish"), my HR consulting practice in Colorado Springs. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean HRish. These terms apply when you use this site. If you don't agree with them, please don't use it.

Using this site

You're welcome to read, learn from and share links to anything on this site. Please don't use it to break the law, send spam or harmful code through the forms, or try to get into parts of the site that aren't public.

General information, not advice

What I share on this site is general information about HR in Colorado. It isn't advice for your business, and it isn't legal advice. That includes my blog posts, my toolkits and your HR Fit Check result. When a question needs an employment attorney, I'll work with one on your behalf.

Reading this site, downloading a toolkit or sending me a message doesn't make you my client. That starts once you and I agree on the work in writing.

My toolkits

You're welcome to use and adapt my toolkits inside your own business, and to share them with your team and your advisors. Please don't sell them, post them somewhere else or present them as your own. They're a starting point, so check them against your business, your headcount and current Colorado rules.

My content

The writing, toolkits and photos on this site belong to HRish or to the people who own them. Please don't copy them for your own website or materials, except as these terms allow for the toolkits.

The site as it is

I work to keep this site accurate and working, but I can't promise it will always be correct, current or available. The site and the toolkits are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, HRish isn't responsible for losses that come from using them without advice for your situation.

Some pages link to other websites, like Colorado state agencies, Calendly for booking, and my Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Those sites aren't mine, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Colorado law

Colorado law applies to these terms. Any dispute about them or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving El Paso County, Colorado.
