Take the Fit CheckDenver coaching and training FAQs
It depends on the type of work, how many people take part, how often you meet and how long the support runs. Coaching and training fit into each of the three ways to work together on this page: Project-based, Hourly or Monthly partnership. It all starts with a conversation, and after that I can tell you which one makes sense for your business.
It depends, although virtual is my first choice for coaching and training, and phone and video calls cover most of what I do. When the work calls for it, like a training or a leadership meeting, I can be there in person. Whether that makes sense depends on group size, timing, location and the subject of the session.
Coaching starts from what a leader is dealing with right now and works through it over time, with follow-ups and check-ins between sessions. Training teaches a defined set of skills, such as delegation, conflict management or handling a difficult conversation, to one manager or a whole group. You can use one or both, depending on what the person or the company needs.
Yes, and I shape it to what your Denver team needs and what you want the session to help with, and quieter people get room to have their say. It can run virtually or in person, and the easiest first step is to tell me a little about your team so I can suggest a format and length that fit.
It depends on what you're working on, how often you and I meet, and how long you want the support to run. I agree the length and cadence with you before coaching starts, and both can change as things change, so the plan can shift when your situation does.
